Do not rely on CashPig.net to perform criminal, financial, employment or relationship-history checks unless a particular check is expressly described. Online indicators cannot establish that a person will behave safely in private.
5. Community Conduct
CashPig.net is designed for respectful, compatible and consent-led connections. Communicate honestly about role, experience, interests and limits. Treat members without discrimination, harassment or humiliation outside boundaries they have freely and specifically accepted.
Do not send repeated unwanted messages, manipulate reporting tools, publish another person’s private information or pressure anyone to move a conversation off-platform. Commercial solicitation, spam, automated scraping and deceptive promotion are not permitted without written authorisation.
6. Consent and Personal Boundaries
All interactions must involve informed, voluntary and ongoing consent. A role-play label, prior interaction, financial contribution or existing relationship does not replace consent. Consent may be limited, conditional or withdrawn at any time, including where control or submission forms part of an agreed dynamic.
Discuss boundaries before an interaction escalates. Respect excluded activities, communication preferences, privacy choices and financial limits. Silence, intoxication, fear, dependency, threats or pressure do not establish valid consent.
7. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to engage in, facilitate or promote:

- malware, unauthorised access, interference, scraping or attempts to defeat safety controls.
This list is not exhaustive. Conduct that creates a credible safety, legal, security or community risk may be restricted even if not listed expressly.

CashPig.net does not hold, transmit or guarantee payments unless a specific payment feature expressly states otherwise. Agreements made between users are their responsibility. Do not send money merely to unlock a promised meeting, inheritance, investment, refund or verification.
Keep records of your spending and use payment methods that offer appropriate account controls. Never give another user remote access to your device or financial accounts. A demand framed as part of a role does not remove your right to refuse, obtain help, contact a payment provider or report suspected fraud.
9. No Financial Advice
Content on the Service is for general community and educational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, credit or debt advice. Nothing on the Service creates a fiduciary relationship. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about your circumstances.
10. No Guaranteed Matches or Outcomes
We do not guarantee matches, replies, compatibility, meetings, relationships, payments, financial outcomes or the accuracy of user statements. Profiles may be incomplete, mistaken or deceptive. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with another user.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to post it and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual property or these Terms. Do not upload another person’s image, messages or identifying information without permission.
To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display your content solely for providing, securing, moderating and improving the Service. This licence ends when content is deleted, subject to reasonable backups, legal duties and safety records.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, branding, text, software and other materials, excluding user content, belong to CashPig.net or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service personally in accordance with these Terms.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to websites, payment services or communication tools operated by third parties. We do not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Review their terms before use. A link does not imply endorsement, and use of third-party services is at your own risk.
14. Reporting and Account Suspension
Report suspected abuse, fraud, impersonation, coercion or safety risks through available reporting channels. We may act without advance notice in urgent cases. We are not required to disclose confidential safety methods or information about another user. Enforcement decisions do not replace contacting emergency services or law enforcement where immediate danger exists.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashPig.net and its operator, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, financial transfers or harm arising from user conduct or off-platform interactions.
Any financial cap and exclusions must be completed for the operator’s jurisdiction. Liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful, including for rights that applicable consumer law makes non-excludable.
17. Indemnification
