This Policy uses conditional wording because the current site is a static public website and account, messaging, analytics and payment features may not yet be enabled. It must be updated to match the final production data flow and reviewed by a privacy professional before launch.
1. Introduction
CashPig.net is a private dating and connection community intended for consenting adults interested in cash pig dating, financial submission, findom relationships and related dynamics. This Privacy Policy describes information that the operator may collect, why it may be used, when it may be shared and choices that may be available to you.
“CashPig.net,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator identified in Section 21. This Policy applies to the website and related services that link to it. It does not govern third-party websites or services.
2. Information Users Provide
Depending on the services available, you may provide information when you create an account, build a profile, change settings, communicate with other users, contact support, submit a report or respond to a survey. This may include a username, email address, age confirmation, location at a city or regional level, role, preferences, photographs and text you choose to publish.
Do not provide information you do not want processed. Avoid uploading government identification, banking credentials, account numbers, authentication codes, home addresses or workplace details unless a clearly described and secure feature genuinely requires them.
3. Profile Information
If profiles are enabled, profile fields may include your display name, age, general location, gender or identity, role, interests, boundaries, relationship preferences, experience, verification status, photographs and biography. Some of this information may reveal sensitive aspects of your private life, including sexual orientation or interests.
You should be able to choose what to provide and, where settings are offered, who can see it. Information you publish may be viewed, copied or recorded by other users despite rules and technical controls. Use a private username and images that do not expose identifying details when discretion matters.
4. Account and Contact Information
If account registration is enabled, we may collect identifiers needed to create, authenticate and manage the account, such as an email address, password hash, account ID, registration time and status. We should not receive your plain-text password. We may also maintain support requests, safety reports and records of preferences or consents.
Contact information used for account security, service notices or support may be kept separate from public profile information. Do not display your personal email, telephone number or social account publicly unless you understand the risks.
5. Communications
If messaging is available, the Service may process message content, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery status and reports necessary to transmit communications, provide safety tools, investigate abuse and comply with law. We do not promise that messages are end-to-end encrypted unless a feature expressly states that they are.
Messages reported for abuse may be reviewed by authorised personnel or service providers. Users should not use the Service to exchange banking credentials, highly sensitive identity documents or information that could expose another person without consent.
6. Device and Usage Information
Web servers generally receive technical information needed to deliver a page, such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, referring page, timestamps and diagnostic events. If security, analytics or performance tools are used, they may process similar data along with approximate location, session events and interactions with features.
The current static build does not by itself establish an advertising profile. Before analytics, advertising or fingerprinting technologies are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls should be updated.
8. How Information Is Used
Depending on available features, information may be used to:
- provide, personalise and maintain accounts, profiles, search, matching and communications;
- authenticate users, prevent fraud, protect accounts and enforce community rules;
- respond to support requests, reports, privacy requests and legal obligations;
- understand performance, fix errors and improve accessibility and user experience;
- send essential service notices and, with any required choice, optional communications;
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims and protect users or the public.
Information should not be used in a materially different way without updating this Policy and obtaining consent where required.
9. Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract to provide requested services, legitimate interests in security and operation, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, or consent. The applicable basis depends on the feature, information and jurisdiction.
If consent is used, you may withdraw it for future processing, although withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Additional conditions may be required before processing information that local law treats as sensitive.
11. Service Providers
Providers may host the Site, store data, deliver email, support authentication, monitor security, process reports, measure performance or provide customer support. They may process information only as needed for contracted services and subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality and security requirements.
A production provider list and international transfer assessment should be maintained internally and disclosed where law requires.
12. Safety and Legal Disclosures
Information may be preserved, reviewed or disclosed when reasonably believed necessary to investigate fraud, coercion, threats, exploitation, account compromise or other violations; protect the rights and safety of users or the public; respond to valid legal process; or comply with applicable law.
We may challenge requests that appear invalid or disproportionate where permitted. Nothing in this Policy promises secrecy for unlawful conduct or prevents users from contacting emergency services.
13. Data Retention
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing accounts, resolving disputes, preventing repeat abuse, meeting legal obligations and maintaining security. Retention periods may vary by data category and legal requirement.
Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or restricted records. Safety records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or protect users. Data that no longer needs to identify a person may be deleted or de-identified.
14. Security Measures
Reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards should be used based on the sensitivity of the information and risks involved. These may include encrypted transmission, password hashing, access controls, logging, backups, provider review and incident-response procedures.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials, use a unique password and report suspected account compromise. The operator should collect only information needed, restrict access and securely dispose of data when the legitimate need ends.
15. User Privacy Choices
Depending on features, you may be able to edit profile fields, limit photo visibility, change message preferences, block users, disable optional communications or close an account. Browser controls may manage cookies. Privacy choices cannot prevent another person from retaining information they lawfully received or records that must be kept for safety or legal reasons.
16. Access, Correction and Deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request information about processing, access a copy, correct inaccurate data, delete information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive portable data. You may also have a right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Requests may require reasonable identity verification. Rights can be limited by law, including where records are needed for security, legal obligations, freedom of expression or legal claims. Authorised agents may be accepted where applicable and properly verified.
17. International Users
If users access the Service from different countries, information may be processed in countries with different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards should support cross-border transfers. The operator’s location, hosting regions and transfer mechanisms must be inserted after the production infrastructure is confirmed.
18. Adults Only
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 or under the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information or is using the Service, report it promptly so appropriate action can be taken.
19. Third-Party Links
Links may lead to websites, payment tools or communication services controlled by others. Their privacy practices apply once you leave CashPig.net. Review their notices and settings before sharing information. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent processing.
20. Policy Updates
This Policy may change when features, providers, law or data practices change. The updated date will appear above. Where a change materially affects rights or uses of information, additional notice or consent will be provided when required. Earlier versions should be retained where appropriate.
